REYNALDO A. QUINTANA-LATORRE
obtained his Bachelor
Degree in Social
Sciences with a major in
Political Sciences
(Magna Cum Laude) from
the University of Puerto
Rico, Rio Piedras Campus
and his Juris Doctor
(Cum Laude) from the
University of Puerto
Rico School of Law. He
was a member of the
University of Puerto
Rico Law Review from
1993 to 1995. He is
admitted to practice law
before the Courts of the
Commonwealth of Puerto
Rico, before the United
States District Court
for the District of
Puerto Rico, the United
States Court of Appeals
for the First Circuit,
and the United States
Supreme Court. Mr.
Quintana-Latorre is a
member of the Puerto
Rico Bar Association,
the American Bar
Association, the Federal
Bar Association, the Phi
Alpha Delta Law
Fraternity International
and the 2009
President-Elect for the
Association of Labor
Relations Professionals.
Mr. Quintana-Latorre is
actively involved in
labor and employment law
counseling and
litigation before local
and federal courts, and
labor arbitration before
the Conciliation and
Arbitration Bureau of
the Department of Labor.
His area of practice
also covers collective
bargaining negotiation
and handling unfair
labor practice charges
before the National
Labor Relations Board.
He has offered numerous
seminars regarding labor
and employment law to a
variety of professional
groups and associations,
including the Society
for Human Resources
Management and the
Puerto Rico Employer’s
Committee.
