obtained his Bachelor
Degree in Social
Sciences with a major in
Political Sciences from
Indiana University, and
his Juris Doctor from
the University of Puerto
Rico School of Law. He
is admitted to practice
law before the Courts of
the Commonwealth of
Puerto Rico, before the
United States District
Court for the District
of Puerto Rico, the
United States Court of
Appeals for the First
Circuit, and the United
States Supreme Court.
Mr. Baerga-Ibáñez is a
member of the Puerto
Rico Bar Association,
the Association of Labor
Relations Practitioners
and the Federal Bar
Association.
Mr. Baerga-Ibáñez has
extensive and successful
experience in the
litigation of
discrimination and
employment termination
claims on behalf of
companies represented by
our firm in local and
federal courts, as well
as in all other types of
labor and employment law
litigation. He is also
involved in collective
bargaining negotiations
and has vast experience
in representing clients
before the National
Labor Relations Board in
representation and
unfair labor practice
cases. He also
represents clients in
arbitration
controversies before the
Conciliation and
Arbitration Bureau of
the Department of Labor
and handles appellate
practice and procedures.
